Button Making Party Craft Meet-up in Vancouver
1
Last week we had the opportunity to attend another local craft meet-up organized with Danielle of @whythisbox, at a sweet little waffle cafe in Vancouver called Le Petit Belge. With our last craft meet at Aberdeen with Kym of @herrohachi being so much fun, we were all eager to plan our next! This time we opened up the event to more crafters and friends including Eli & Rach of @onanaknits, Diana of @craftedvan and some friends of Danielle's - @rainelam @vaquita @jennshum. Everyone prepared some printouts and brought some magazines, stickers, washi tapes and various coloured pens ready to craft it up! They are a new little cafe that Danielle had discovered and they were very welcoming in letting us have our event at their cafe. You’re so very kind Stephanie! Thank you for reading our posts =). Buttons are great fun to make and you can be very creative with them. Everyone was able to create it using what ever medium they enjoy working with! We were lucky to find a place that rented out the machine to make buttons, but we all had so much fun that we plan to get one ourselves!

It’d be awesome if you could join us one day in Vancouver for a crafty meet up!

Stephanie

How fun! I’ve never made buttons before- what a great idea to all work around this activity for the meet-up :) And OMG the waffles look AMAZING! Sounds like the perfect evening! Love reading your posts, Sami & Marissa!
